Welcome to The Traders Carnival. The Traders Carnival and affiliated stakeholders, the "Company" and applicable subsidiary applications(e.g., website landing pages, and associated digital platforms, (collectively referred to as the "Properties" and individually as a "Property").

These Properties include all information, documents, text, audio, visual materials, and graphics (including Third-Party Content) available on the platform (collectively referred to as the "Materials"). As well as all software, products, and services offered or operated by the Company and/or third parties through the Properties (collectively referred to as the "Product" and/or "Services").

Your use of the Properties is subject to the terms and conditions described in this document (collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Properties in any way, including but not limited to visiting, navigating, downloading, purchasing, registering, or using any Materials, Products, or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Event Credentials

The Company, its authorized agents, and representatives are the sole creators, sellers, and distributors of all event badges, virtual passes, and credentials (collectively referred to as "Credentials").

Any Credentials that are not created by or legally acquired from the Company or its authorized representatives will be considered fraudulent and invalid.

The Company reserves the right to invalidate any fraudulent or unauthorized Credentials and may pursue legal action against individuals or entities involved in unauthorized distribution or usage.

Refund & Revocation Policy

All Credentials remain the property of the Company.

Unless required by law, these Terms, or any related policies, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or revoke access to the event including Credentials, purchases, or new options.

The Company will not be responsible for any delays, penalties, or expenses incurred as a result of such actions. All payments made to the Company are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Disease or medical issues.
• Natural disasters or Acts of God.
• Public health emergencies and epidemics.
• Government restrictions or travel limitations.
• Wars, riots, or civil unrest.
• Cyber incidents or infrastructure failures.
• State, local, national, or global public policies.

Lost or stolen Credentials will not be replaced. Participants must purchase new Credentials (at regular prices) to the event.

Credentials may not be transferred or used by any individual other than the authorized holder.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The Properties may contain links to third-party websites or platforms.

The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these sites, websites.

Your access and use of third-party websites is protected by their respective terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All Properties, Materials, and Products are the brand and a product of a registered copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not:

• Copy or reproduce content.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Distribute or sell materials.
• Remove any intellectual property notices.

The Company retains all ownership rights in and to the Properties.

Use of Materials

By attending the event, participants grant the Company permission to use and distribute such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes worldwide, without compensation.

By using the Properties, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Submission of Information

The Company is not responsible for errors or omissions. Users carry out the transmission of sensitive or proprietary information over unsecured networks voluntarily, despite recommendations maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information through the platform.

All participants must behave professionally and respectfully.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund.

All presentations, discussions, and materials provided during the event are for informational purposes only. Any investment opportunities mentioned or discussed are provided by third parties and are not endorsed by the Company.
